Oslojazz Talent: Julie Horn

Julie Horn is a singer and songwriter from Oslo, with roots from Trondheim. Together with Ole Calmeyer, Andrea Schnell, August Bergvall, and Nikolai Hansli, she performs her original, genre-defying music. The group explores lyrical expression, diverse genre influences, and improvisation. Drawing inspiration from artists like Joni Mitchell, Susanne Sundfør, and Pat Metheny, they create a unique sound and expression that blends elements of pop, jazz, and soul/R&B.
