Unconventional and contrasting
Schemes is an explosion of energy, disguised as a Danish-Norwegian jazz quartet based in Trondheim. Consisting of intricate compositions with a free approach bound together by long stretches of explosive play, their music is unconventional and contrasting. The quartet gets their inspiration from the jazz scenes in Berlin and New York. Through their intense interactions and captivating energy, the music presents a wish to challenge its listener.
Brede Sørum (saxophone), Oliver Skou-Due (piano), Bendik Løland Lundsvoll (double bass), Veslemøy Narvesen (drums)
