With roots in Bulgarian folk music and wild detours into western, spaghetti-eastern, EDM, disco, modern jazz and trad jazz, the quartet serves up an explosive soundscape full of energy, humor and party atmosphere. This is music that both kicks you up and invites you to dance – as virtuoso as it is unpredictable.
The band was established in Trondheim, and with members known from, among others, Bliss Quintet, Tigerstate, Farmers Market, Hot Club de Norvège and several other strong projects, Rakkarogers has already made a mark at festivals and clubs both nationally and internationally.
