We’re kicking off with a powerful triple release featuring three sparklingly good trios: Henriette Eilertsen Trio, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio, and Kleive/Aarset/Storløkken.

Henriette Eilertsen Trio

Recently Spellemann-nominated Henriette Eilertsen is really making waves these days. In just a few years, she has established herself as a sought-after and versatile flutist and composer on the Scandinavian jazz scene. For Oslojazz, she brings her own critically acclaimed trio, with a delightful combination of flute, cello, and drums.

Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio specializes in what they call "feel-good music," something that's immediately clear when you listen to their music. It's all about soul-jazz and rhythm & blues, brimming with confidence and playful, glowing interaction. A blissful blend of influences such as Jimmy Smith, Booker T & The MG’s, the sound of Stax Records, and other delights, while still sounding fresh and forward-moving.
